Produced by Domaine Louis Moreau, from 100% Chardonnay
Traditional vinification methods are adopted, fermentation is in stainless steel, wth ageing on fine lees for a minimum of 3 months, and least one month bottle age before release. The wine is matured without oak.

The slightest hint of citrus on the nose. Fresh, acidic and clean with some creaminess to add depth. Not bad, and the price is reasonable, but not exciting.
