Produced by Domaine Fouassier, from 100% SAUVIGNON BLANC The berries are dispatched via machine-woven carpets to wine presses in order to be as soft as possible. There is sequential pressing on white grapes in a pneumatic press. The juice is sent by gravity into stainless steel tanks for temperature controlled cool fermentation. 12.5%vol Very little on the nose. Lovely vibrancy in the mouth. Very fiercely Sancerre. Lasts well. A good effort at a good price. 08/10/2008
