Produced By United Wineries, From 40% Macabeo, 30% Xarel-lo, 30% Parellada All Three Varietals Are Hand-picked And Grapes Partially Destemmed To Ease The Pressing Process Which Is Carried Out In A Pneumatic Press. The Different Varietals Are Fermented Separately In Stainless Steel Tanks At 15ºc Using Selected Yeasts And Then Blended. The Wine Is Tangentially Filtered Instead Of Fined, Making It Suitable For Vegans And Vegetarians. After Adding The Dosage The Wine Is Stored In Underground Cellars Where It Ages For A Minimum Of 18 Months Prior To Disgorging. 11.5%vol Light, Floral Nose. Tangy And Appealing Taste.
