Frequent pumping-over (1 to 2 times per day) guarantees the best expression from this grape variety.Cement enhances the fruit. Gérard Bertrand is convinced of the uniqueness of the different Terroirs of the Languedoc. Each varietal is sourced from the best suited vineyard, where the grape truly expresses its character.
