Machine harvested at night to prevent oxidation. Average yield: 48 hl/ha
Pre-fermentation maceration, press with juice selection, low temperature must racking, alcoholic fermentation on fine lees at 16°C, malolactic fermentation partly done. 25% of the blend is aged in oak barrels.

The La Forge vineyard has built its reputation thanks to its unique soils and climate: it is located near the famous city of Carcassonne in Languedoc on the hills overlooking the Aude Valley.

Creamy, vanilla smell a lot of fresh fruit. Dry, fresh and appealing taste. Good.
