No oak
Exclusive to Tesco, this Sauvignon is sourced from prime vineyards in the Casablanca valley, Chile's best location for Sauvignon Blanc, and it gives New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc a run for its money. Since 2007, this wine has been produced for Tesco by Cono Sur, one of Chile's most innovative and multi awarding winning producers and it reflects the talents of its head winemaker Adolfo Hurtado.

Very restrained nose. Bone dry, textured and almost chewy. Aperitif with nuts, perhaps.
