Made for M&S by Akos Kamocsay, Hilltop Neszmely from 70% Hárslevelü and 30% Furmint.
A temperate climate with an average of 2500 hours sunshine and loess soils add to the distinct Tokaji flavour. Botrytised grapes are picked towards the end of October. Furmint wine is poured on to the Botrytised grapes for 24-36 hours. It is then partially fermented in Hungarian oak barrels for eight years.

Dark golden. Not a purely fruit aroma and not especially pleasant. Dark brown sugar and fresh cleansing acidity.
