Made for M&S by Nick Badrice. Dorien Estate, from 100% Shiraz.

Average 20-year-old vines, from several different vineyards. Grapes are crushed into small open top fermenters, pumped over for six to seven days, pressed and placed in new and one year old American and French oak hogsheads for 12 months.

– 200 stores.

Minty, typical Barossa nose. Fruity, ripe and very minty – good benchmark for Barossa Shiraz, if you need an example. Fresh mouthfeel.
