Made for M&S by Stuart Blackwell and Matt Gant, St Hallett from 100% Shiraz.

Grapes are sourced from 10-80 year old vines across the Barossa. Fermentation takes place at 20 to 24°C. The wine is then aged for twenty months in American oak and blended one month before a coarse filtration pre-bottling.

– 150 stores.

Love the label. Plain white with medium sized wine name in black but with an oversized ampersand in red. Clean, fresh and striking presentation. Very very strong coconut on the nose – like sniffing sun cream or a pina colada. Lovely, but is it wine? Sweet, ripe and darkly fruity. A delicious mouthful but tread carefully with food as it’s practically a dessert wine.
