Made for M&S by Donna Stephens. Neqtar Winery, from 93% Shiraz, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Viognier.
The grapes are harvested at night, de- stemmed, crushed and fermented with regular pump overs. They are then left for 5-7 days on skins. The wine goes through 100% malolactic fermentation before blending and stabilisation. Part of the blend is aged in French oak for 8 months.

Some baked typical flavours. Again, typical taste. Minty and fresh, at the same time as darkly baked. Like it.
