Made for M&S by Marcelo Morales, Grandes Vinos y Viñedos from 30% Garnacha, 30% Tempranillo, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cariñena.
Average 50 year old vines. Hand-harvested during morning hours. Pre-maceration prior to fermentation for 3-4 days at 6-8ºC. Primary fermentation for 8 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Two years aged in 70% American and 30% French oak barrels. Three years matured in bottle.
