Made for M&S by Paul and Laurent Bunan, Domaine Bunan, from 65% Mourvèdre, 15% Cinsault, 15% Grenache and 5% Syrah.

The grapes are hand-picked from 35 year-old vines and dde-stemmed, crushed and fermented over 21 days in wooden, cone-shaped tanks. The temperatures are carefully monitored and the cap is frequently punched down. The wine is aged in large wooden barrels for 20 months.

Very dark, baked aromas and taste. Absolutely must have food and would need to be deeply flavoursome.
