Made for M&S by Bonfils, Maison Maurel Vedeau from 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache.


After destemming and crushing, the juice is cold macerated for a few days before fermentation. Fermentation takes place between 25°C and 28°C with delicate punching down of the cap. The wine is unoaked.

Hot and baked nose. Young and chewy grenache. Not terribly beautiful.
