Made for M&S by George Brichon, Cave de Prisse from 100% Chardonnay.
This wine is fermented in stainless steel vats at 18-22ºC, and left on the lees for four months. There was no ageing in barrel, in order to retain the fresh and fruity flavours of the grapes.
– 250 stores.

Ripe and fruity with some pineapple. No oak intervention but there’s a chewiness and hardness that implies that it is. Not for me yet.
