Traditional methods of viticulture used, under the practice of ‘lutte raisonnée’. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats and 40% new barrels. Maturation on fine lees with regular batonnage in stainless steel and barrels. – major stores.
Creamy, vanilla-scented and inviting. A pretty oaky taste, mixed with the creaminess and vanilla from the oak. Quite a mouthful. Not for food, I don’t think as you might lose some of the delicious flavour. Very ripe. 19/09/08
