Made for M&S by Bruce Jack, Flagstone Winery from 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon.
The grapes are sourced from low-yielding vines planted on moderate soils to give good concentration. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are cold soaked for 12 hours before fermentation, which takes place between 12-14ºC. 10% of the Semillon is barrel fermented in American oak.

I expect there’s a reason for the rabbits on the label. Peapods on the nose. Very floral in the mouth. Striking wine. Really very pretty but with strength of flavour.
