Made for M&S by Jean-Pierre Fleury from 100% Pinot Noir.
In 1970 Jean-Pierre Fleury started to investigate the concept of organic and biodynamic viticulture, and by 1989 he became the first grower in the Champagne area to convert to biodynamics. Made by the Saignee method. After the second fermentation the champagne was aged for 24 months in cool cellars.

Dosage: 8.5g/l.

Major stores

Very appealing peach colour with gold flowers on the bottle. Good marks for presentation. A hint of strawberries and cream which draws me in. Pretty tangy and fresh. Good.
