Made for M&S by David Guimaraens, Quinta & Vineyard Bottlers, Vinhos SA from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinto Cão, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Amarela.
Vines grown on steep terraces on schist soils. Natural fermentation is interrupted with the addition of neutral grape spirit, leaving some natural sugar in the wine. The wine is aged in large oak barrels for 3 years.
Dark, baked, plummy and spirity smell. Perfectly fine. Dark, figgy taste.
