Chalky, limestone soil. No irrigation. Low trellising and hand harvested. The Solera system of continuous fractional ageing ensures consistency. Aged in 500-litre American oak sherry butts for an average of three years.

The colour of white wine. Has a slight whiff of sherry, but not as beautiful as fino. Sherry lite.
