La Chablisienne, founded in 1923, is the flagship of the Chablis appellation. La Chablisienne, which in the early days was a core of pioneer wine growers, is now a group of several hundred dynamic owners who cultivate more than 1,000 hectares of wine, a quarter of the Chablis vineyard area.

Less forward on the nose than the plain AC. Just light and lemony. There’s a lot of texture - almost chalky. Not beautiful at the moment, but worth hanging onto for some evolvement. 13%
