Made for Tesco by Principe de Viana. The three plots into which the vineyard is divided (Cadreita, Villafranca and Caparroso) are very close to one another, sharing the same type of climate and a similar soil type. The climate in the region is very extreme, ranging from very cold winters to very hot summers, with very low rainfall, mainly in spring and autumn. After 5 to 6 hours skin contact, the must is run off. The must ferments between 17 and 18 ºC to obtain the best aromas of such a variety.
Strawberry bubblegum smell, which is actually quite inviting. Interesting, fruity taste, with a dimension more than expected in rosé. Not bad at all. 12.5%
