This is on special offer at the moment at the Co-op, along with the Shiraz. This wine however, seems to be the better value of the two. Very young, but isn't that the way nowadays? This wine is not the typical cheap, flabby, over-oaked New World Chardonnay. It is quite refreshing, with a hint of tropical fruits, and a medium finish. The acidity would seem to be about right, because I am very much a Red wine drinker, and this one did not offend me in the least.
It must be a bargain at this price.

My local Co-Op has just moved this Chardonnay to its clearance shelf @ £2.67 a bottle.

Good things come to those who wait....
