Some browning of colour. Lovely, herby, oaky smell. Very promising. Nice, dry and fresh in the mouth. Woody with something farmyardy for interest.

I opened a bottle of this last night, the '03 bought a few weeks back when it was on offer for £3.49

What a steal, lovely balance, cinnamon spice, cleansing acidity, nutty character. Moresome.

This wine seems to polarise views, I have read about bottle & vintage variation, maybe I just got lucky but going by what I drank last night and the price I paid, this is one of my best QPR buys.

Just a quick heads up- My local Co-Op are flogging the LCM Blanc '04 for £2.62

A very interesting white, nutty, floral (viognier?), peachy, one or two earthy notes. Damn refreshing. Bargain.
