18% The bottle was sticky to pick up and I then had to go and wash my hands. Smells of dark brown sugar. It leaves the bottle like treacle - rich, thick and sweet. Tastes burnt, with burning alcohol. I just don't know who would drink it. You’d need a pint of water with it. Perhaps good as a cooking ingredient - poured on sliced oranges? Or sticky, toffee pudding. Or Jamaica Ginger cake, before putting it in the oven, but JGC needs no enhancement, as it is the perfect pudding for a quiet night in.
