Strong catty, astringent smell. Zingy. Compares well with Montana or Villa Maria. Tangy finish. Nice orange label.

I noticed this was one of the '33%' off offers currently in Morrisons.

It is already on offer but if you buy six it comes down to around £4, so you both think the '06 is pretty good? Not one I have tried yet but will now....

BTW- I spotted this in Victoria Wine on Sat, (I went to see if there was anything I could get with the -40% voucher, picked up an Oz Riesling, forgot the name, flinders or flanders or something) they had the Sacred Hill for £9.99 a bottle! (before the 3for2 offer).

I nearly bought the riesling but chose instead the Leasingham Magnus. Can you post a tasting note when you open it as it's quite cheap at £14 for 3 ...assuming of course it's a good one.
