Availalble from Laithwaites last year - Our burgundy loving friends pitched up for supper with one of these last night.

They've just driven back from France with additional booty from LeClerke - Including a case of Mercurey 1er 2007 - so I was very jealous of his haul :mrgreen: .

Back to the Fleurie 2007:

Look out again for this beauty. Delectable, sumptuous and truely beautiful.
Purple nectar, full and fruity, yet so beautifully balanced. Staggering with a fresh homemade (Mrs D) cheese and red onion puff pastry quiche and asparagus tips. Kissing, sipping, voluptuous and seductive after the 1st course and chambre'd in the glass.
