Winemaker and winery: Owen Elias, Hush Heath Estate.

Grape variety: 52% Pinot Noir, 44% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Meunier.

Region: Kent, England.

Viticulture/Vinification: Located in the Weald of Kent, with a mild climate and soils of characteristic Wealden Clay overlying Tunbridge Wells sands. Traditional method sparkling wine. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Prior to disgorgement, the wine is matured on its lees for 18 months.

Base: 2005. Disgorgement Date: August 2008. Dosage: 8g/l.

The palest peachy colour with handsome pink and red labelling. Fresh and pleasant aroma. Lovely taste. Refreshing but with intense flavour and clean aftertaste.
