Fairtrade
A special parcel of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah harvested in March from trellised and pergola vineyards in Curicó, Central Valley. Alluvial soils predominate, with modest meltwater irrigation. Fermented in classical fashion, with frequent pumpovers, then aged 4-5 months in second use barrels. Suitable for vegetarians.

Warm, blackcurrant syrup on the nose. Clean acidity and reasonable flavour but little body. Alc 13.5%. Available from Wine Direct and 112 branches.
