100% Pinot Noir. Vines are planted with a density of 10,000/ha and have an average age of more than 30 years. They are given a light green harvest in late-July. Hand-harvested 21st Sept at 38hl/ha. Traditional methods of cap-punching and pumping over as the temperature rises to 32ºC. Aged in mainly new French barriques for approx. 14 months. Unfined. Winemaker Laurence Jobard. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Indian spices and oak on the nose and in the mouth.
