The wine was made with minimal intervention. Gentle crushing with only the best free-run juice used. Must was then cold settled and fermented with neutral yeast at cool temperature to dryness. The wine was cold settled prior to filtration and bottling.

Lovely completely typical aus riesling. Like lime pith and rain on pavements. Sorry, that was a little OTT but very accurate. Excellent flavour – really alive – jumping out of the glass. Very good indeed.
