Made for M&S by Nicolas Rappeneau, Foncalieu from 100% Chardonnay.
The grapes are harvested at night. Juice extraction takes place with minimum exposure to oxygen, and at a low temperature. Different yeasts are used to create a complex blend. This wine is unoaked.

The wine’s unoaked but is very appealing on the nose. I like this. Pretty vibrant and alive. Savoury and interesting.
