Interesting development of this wine. Sauvignon is almost always better drunk when young.

Tasted at Somerfield in November 05 I thought it was "Very catty indeed. Bitter and very dry. Catty and green in mouth. Very strongly green taste." Then on 15th March, this year, it had changed to this: Smells of pineapple and grapefruit skins. Sweet and fruity and could be from anywhere. Some hint of Sauvignon on the end, but a dull wine.
