100% Chardonnay planted on chalky-clay soils. The vines are 10 - 15 years old and planted at a density of 4,500vines/ha. The grapes
were machine-harvested in August and cool-fermented at 14°C in stainless steel tanks. Winemaker Xavier Roger. Suitable for vegetarians.
Alc 12.0%, TA 3.4g/l, pH 3.78, RS 4.1g/l. Waitrose Wine Direct and 230 branches.

Not a great deal on the nose. Sweet, ripe fruit. The price is about right.
