100% Chardonnay, with fruit sourced from several regions in the Loire including from vines grown on the limestone soils of Haut Poitou
and others on the clay and schist of the Nantes region. The grapes were quickly pressed and fermented at low temperature with careful
protection against oxidation. 35% of the wine underwent malolactic. Blended with Angela Muir MW. Suitable for vegetarians and

Not a great deal on the nose – tasted directly after lovely sauvignons. Rounded and creamy. Tastes pretty leesy.
