From Martinborough. Made by Craggy Range. All the above made me excited to try this.

There was only a hint of Pinot on the nose. Nice fragrant oak, but little Pinot fruit. The alcohol was nicely in balance. Nick, who I was tasting it with, found bergamot in the mouth. The taste was very obviously ripe Pinot, but it was quite dark with a spicy finish.

Fair price.
