The wife ordered some christmas food and was given a free bottle of wine and chose this. I've seen it on stands around the food aisle and probably a regular on the Dine in for £10 deal. You've probaly seen it. It's got renaissance artwork on the label. As such I thought it was going to be crap. I was pleasantly surprised. In fact, I'd be quite happy to order a case at this price

Seriously though, the nose was pear drops. Pear with a little lime and a honeyed finish. Not bad. Certainly better than expected.

I've no idea what the normal price is.
