100% Chardonnay, mechanically harvested. Cold settling before fermentation, both yeast and malolactic fermentations in tanks. Matured 3 months on fine lees in tanks. Winemaker ~ Bertrand Cherel at Union des Viticulteurs de Chablis.

Good, slightly textured and mineral Chablis. Plenty to offer. Good price. However, have now tasted the non-Petit Chablis and it is better, with more structure, more oomph.
