100% Sauvignon Blanc. The vines survive in extreme conditions, with careful irrigation and strict vineyard management. Grapes were hand-picked throughout February 2007. 100% stainless steel tank ageing for nine months with racking once after alcoholic fermentation and with batonnage once a week. Winemaker ~ Marcelo Papa of the Maycas del Limarí Winery, owned by Concha y Toro. IWSC 2009 - Bronze.

Lightly floral nose, with some peapod. Very clean, green flavour, like barely ripe gooseberries. Pretty sharp.
