Viticulture/Vinification: Grapes are sourced from Nantes and Anjou regions. 2009 saw a mostly dry summer so quality is high with good PHs and balanced acidity. Cool fermentation to preserve aromas. No oak used.

Catty aroma. Dry, plain and acidic. As it should be. Fair price.
