Why isn't ASDA listed as a stockist?

This year they have introduced some fantastic offers like in April you could get about 35% off Australian wine

So many people ask that. I approached ASDA and they said that they don't have special offers as such, but every day low prices. Like you, I've been into ASDA and seen the wine reductions. Perhaps they aren't country-wide and so can't be quoted nationally? I'll try them again.

Sounds like 'c' works for Asda.

Some of their prices are quite good. Others not. Arguing that their buyin power means that they are fantastic across the board is, IMHO, cobblers.

I shop at Asda regulary...but not at a big store which carries good and greater variety, and i must say the list has gone down in terms of individuality and to many stock names and wines available. Poor character there...only for the smaller stores, larger as said above much more exciting and interesting.

However they have some "real offers " there from time to time...like Wolf Blass Yellow label Merlot...very good @?6 now. Have had quite good Valpolicella there espc the reserve but not tasted latest vintage. Chile not badly represented...but far too many Aussie generic wines, with few enticing enough to come back for. White range however better with more depth of choice and variety.
