Purchased earlier this year during a Tesco multibuy discount. Works out sub £10 which is a lot cheaper than many other places selling this wine. I think they now stock 2011 vintage according to the groceries site but might be store specific.
A more modern take on Rioja GR, less classical than I'd expect but perhaps still young although hard to see this going long term. Medium-soft tannin, medium acidity. Red and bramble fruit leads to just a lighter note of oak in this wine. Decent enough and very drinkable but didn't blow me away. Might be worth putting it up against TF Rioja GR next time which is slightly cheaper IIRC.
