Bone dry, high acid which didn't calm down even after a night in the fridge. Smokey bacon and wet stone nose with little fruit. Intense savoury wet stone palate is overpowering. Some nice blackcurrant on day two. Springfield's gold medal winning Special Cuvee 2013 is three notches up.
