None too sure that this will be holding up. Great price, but I'll pass on the 2010.

They're having a laugh !

The Hess "select" SB 2012 retails for $11 dollars ($132 per case), just looked in at the Hess Collection web site. Select is their most basic easy 'girly' quaffer - having read the TNs. Whilst I've seen the exchange rate as high as 0.64 to the pound in the last 6 months, but today a dollar is worth 59.062 pence, so that makes the worth of Hess basic SB (somewhere in California) as £6.49 per bottle for the 2012 vintage.

The Hess Allomi single vineyard SB may have been worth considering.

For this 2010 SB, Wine Direct may drown in their own sorrows, for being very greedy in the first place. At £14.95 in the beginning, they were taking the p*ss, and now they are caught out. This wine will be half dead by now.

Richard, that deal is about as worthy as your opinion of completely naff sauvignon blanc. . . . . and that is
