Supposedly age worthy Beaujolais - M&S, erring on the safe side, say drink within 2 years of purchase.

Upon opening it's fairly flat. A little of that unique Gamay flavour but just a bit dry and lifeless. I sealed half a bottle and left it in the fridge for a week. It really seems to develop into something quite interesting. The tannins seem more integrated with the wood shaving and strawberry flavours.

Probably worth storing for another year or two.

Good but quite expensive.
