Introductory price.

Strange wine.

No nose at all in the bottle but smells spot on in the glass. Gooseberry and a touch of chalky mineral. Let down by a bit of spritz and a bit of residual sugar.

Has the right underlying flavour though.

Sancerre for the great unwashed ?

The La Porte is 10 leagues up.
