Very juicy but with some tannin. Enjoyed with Moussaka. Very good - and Ms. Mc Squitty rates it. Extra 10% off when (any) 3 bottles purchased. Spellchecker does not like Squitty - It suggests Sqiiffy.

It is Fairtrade fortnight, or it just ended on Sunday 13th March

Many of these reds that have been rushed to market just aren't ready, unless you want blackcurrant cordial I suppose.

DB - Has this wine got legs, and enough tannin ? From £6.99 to £4.99 for the Fairtrade offer is a keen price.

Your Moussaka, a rich auberine and minced lamb job ? So the wine was firm & savoury enough to accompany that properly ? Some of these NW sweeter cordial styles are rather naff with those sort of flavours - and clash actually.

Does it earn a Good Value gong - Or has Sqiiffy just been running a trendy blog for Fairtrade promo, and picked out the ones that are satisfactory ?

I ought to pick one up if still available - Perhaps. DB, good to see you dropping by here.
