This was my last bottle. The new oak has receded with a little aging, although there’s still a good whack of white pepper and vanilla plus a gentle sweet-pea aroma. Lovely concentration of lime and orange zest, still incredibly fresh with sabre like acidity. Good weight and long with just a tease of background honey.

What I would give for two dozen more of these.

I wish I'd bought some too. there was a small load of '06 gathering dust in the big Tesco's not that long ago - two years or so....and I could'ave.
