No idea why some of these drier MSB' are so rich these days. They didn't used to be. Maybe the richer body counterbalances the acid that I love but many hate.
It was racy out of the fridge tonight, and I liked it.

The pineapple has vacated and maybe my nose was disjointed by the smelly Chaumes from dordogne cheese I had festering in the fridge (amonia phenols creeping all over the shelves, but good gooey flavour, a bit acidic now).
Yes, the wine is passion fruit & limes per back label and green & red peppers as you say Mr G, and I like the remaining grapefruit pith, I don't want that to go, it marries well with the freshness and keen acidity. I finished it off rather promptly - refreshing and racy, so no 48 hour assessment possible tomorrow.
The Misses said fruitier and softer tonight, I offered her a sip of mine before she went up.
Acquitted itself very well.
