At laaaaaaaaaast. Proper job.
My 4th. G in recent months and it was to be my last if it was like the others. From Asti, Piedmont comes this lovely goldy coloured classy drop. Lovely fruity nose, lovely long mineral finish and all from Inox vats. This would be good with or without food. Still, I reckon it's the R2D2 yeast that moves it up a league.

What's the edge on this ? Errr - Oh yes, this is the latest MP3 digital sound effect. All round sound ?

R2 is a strain of yeast oft used in Riesling and Gewurz. This mob have used it to start this Gavi with great success.
