Lovely first nose, green apples and Nice (as in the city) biscuits. Very soft mousseux in the mouth with even a hint of berries in the background. If it stays at this price it will be added to my regular fizz list.

I had a glass of the 07 from the Co Op for £7.99 ( bottle price )

Dry, quite creamy with very light bubbles. Quite elegant but would never get Champagne lovers excited.

I'd happily buy a bottle or two though.

The 09 sparkling pink is nicer.
